Our stay at 22 Geneva was great. The views were absolutely spectacular. We were lucky to enjoy 2 beautiful sunsets while we were there in the cold and wet winter month of June. The beds were comfortable with down pillows and comforters. The living area downstairs was spacious enough for our large party of 11 to not feel like we were on top of each other. Chancy the housekeeper is very sweet, with a smile and giggle that is infectious. The location of the house is perfect with a 3-5 minute walk down to the Promenade. The Promenade has several shops, restaurants/bars, ….. which were quiet while we were there, but I’m sure are hopping during the warm and sunny summer months. We felt very safe walking, even at night. It was very easy to catch an Uber right outside the house. If you want a taxi, I believe you would have to walk down to the Promenade. It’s a quick ride to Table Mountain (<10 min), V&A waterfront (15 min). Highly recommend this house, especially for a large group of family/friends

Beautiful place for a memorable vacation! The view is unmatched. Our group of 8 was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. We felt safe and could walk to restaurants/the water. Lavinia was a great host and able to provide additional services. Her contact for airport transfers offered better pricing than others too. The housekeeper Chauncey was so kind and accommodating! Lovely people, luxurious villa. Definitely a highlight.
